Young People's Courses

For the 2010 season, Bewerley Park is running a series of specialised activity courses aimed specifically at Young People which will take place in the school holiday periods.

A background in each of the activities is expected, but certainly not at a high level! A day's experience will suffice.

Minimum age will be 12 and above. Staffing and supervision will be provided by Bewerley Park staff (ratio of 2 staff to each group of 12).

Some courses may include an expedition element.

1. Summer Half Term : 1 to 4 June : Extension Climbing (4 day course : £260)

2. Summer Holidays : 1 to 6 August : Extension Journey Canoe / Camping (6 day course : £330) - on the River Spey in Scotland

3. Summer Holidays: 23 to 26 August : Extension Sail (4 day course : Cost : £260)

4. Summer Holidays: 23 to 26 August : Extension Wind Surf (4 day course : Cost : £260)

5. October Half Term : 25 to 29 October : Extension Kayak (5 day course : £310)

There is only space for limited numbers on each course – maximum of 12 per course. Places will be allocated on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Prices quoted are all-inclusive. All specialist clothing & equipment, tuition, food & bedding are provided. Transport to and from the Centre at the start and end of the course is not included
