Our Staff
North Yorkshire Outdoor Education Service operates 4 Centres across the North East of England. It is our policy to ensure that all courses are staffed with appropriately qualified outdoor professionals. The Service currently employs 26 full time teaching staff and 8 trainee staff, as well as having access to a number of supply staff.
We pride ourselves in having a very high level of staffing expertise available across the Service. We promote an environment of continuous training and development for all staff, both permanent and temporary. We also insist on site-specific familiarisation for everyone.
