When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to travel and become a teacher

 

What was your favourite subject in school?

PE, Games and Geography, any subject that was active and involved being outside.

 

What is your favourite outdoor activity? 

Climbing, mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing.

 

Are there any outdoor activities that scare you? 

I get scared doing most of the activities I enjoy!

 

What is the next skill you would like to learn?

In an attempt to keep up with my son, I want to learn to jump my mountain bike high, wheelie and manual.

 

Which historical figure would you most like to meet? 

Lynn Hill, she was a free climbing pioneer during the 1980s to the 90s. She started climbing at the age of 14 and is known for completing the first ever free ascent of the sheer rock face of The Nose on El Capitan, Yosemite in 4 days in 1993 and repeating the achievement the following year in under 24 hours. She has been described as both one of the best female climbers in the world and one of the best climbers of all time.

 

Where do you dream of visiting one day? 

Yosemite
