tame the moors…
When the going gets tough, the tough get going! Students on our post-16 Moorland Challenger programme will learn to embrace challenges through perseverance, facing fears, and using the encouragement and support of others.
Students will have to harness the winds sailing, build their own craft to paddle across icy waters, and explore the North York Moors National Park with an epic mountain bike trail.
Facing these challenges head on, students will build self-confidence and self-esteem – realising they have what it takes to conquer any difficult task at hand…. whilst making new friendships and creating memoires for a lifetime along the way.
